As an intuitive, Ms. Hayden can tune in to her clients with (uncanny) precision, and guide them in releasing the physical, emotional and mental pattens embedded in body, breath and energy field. She weaves together numerous modalities gained from four decades work.

Ms. Hayden’s education includes a BA in East West Consciousness as well as numerous trainings and certifications in the body/ mind medicine field. She is a licensed massage therapist and certified Clinical Practitioner in Eden Energy Medicine. She studied Breathwork with the Alivening Project, Energy Medicine with Elizabeth Stratton, Caroline Myss and Donna Eden’s faculty members, and meditation with both Dr. Samuel Sagan and Dr. Joe Dispenza. She is also trained in Flower EssenceTherapy and Vagus Nerve Therapy and continues to read and study extensively.

Her professional career combines practice and teaching. She has maintained private practice since 1986, and worked in acute care psyche, holistic cancer care and hospice care settings. She provided classes on stress management and wellness for foster parents, lectures on complementary and alternative for nurses, a lecture and personal sessions to MBA students at Harvard, and numerous classes and workshops on personal development subjects in both private and corporate settings.

In practice today, Ms. Hayden offers a blend of intuitive reading and coaching, Energy Medicine sessions, meditation, breathwork, and Vagus Nerve Therapy work, as well as Flower Essence Remedy consultations. Though each session is unique, she is always focused on bringing the client back into balance, coherence, and homeostasis so her clients can heal in mind and body and gain agency to build lives they really love.

Joanne Muir is a highly experienced and dedicated Bodywork and Manual Therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She has committed herself to extensive training across a wide range of therapeutic modalities, guided by the belief that the body’s complexity responds best to a thoughtful, multimodal approach.

After completing massage school, Joanne went on to study Human Development at Eckerd College, deepening her understanding of the human lifespan and developmental processes. This academic foundation, combined with decades of hands-on practice, allows her to work with clients in a deeply informed and holistic way.

Joanne possesses a profound understanding of the body’s innate wisdom. With a keen ability to listen—both to her clients and to the body itself—she creates a therapeutic environment in which individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Her areas of expertise include Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, Viscero-Emotional Release, Neural Manipulation, and Somato-Emotional Release, which she applies across a wide range of populations and conditions.
